The end of the line.
After a career spanning nearly 50 years, GBW #306 is salvaged for parts. Even though it was sad to see it dismantled it went to a good cause. Many parts, including the cab and radiator end, went to Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in Chattanooga, Tennessee for use in their Central of Georgia RS-3 restoration.
